If you’re curious how we welcome new rescue animals, they typically come to us in two ways: people surrender them directly to John, or John purchases large herds that are in tough or dangerous situations that can no longer be cared for.  

PS. There is no judgment here. We know that folks fall on hard times and what matters is getting the animals the help they need.
